SRG gives its management a new name

The Central Council, SRG's supreme body, revised its statutes on Friday.SRG SRG's Central Council Committee is to be renamed the Board of Directors. Its working methods are to be improved through the introduction of committees. Its strategic competencies will also be strengthened. A separate office, the Central Secretariat, will be set up for SRG's national committees. With the revision, the full name "SRG SSR idée suisse", which SRG has used since 1999, was also enshrined in the statutes.
