Cinetrade deal is notifiable

Competition Commission spokesman Patrik Ducrey confirmed this to the SonntagsZeitung newspaper. After a preliminary examination lasting a maximum of one month, the competition authorities must decide whether the purchase creates or strengthens market power. If this is the case, an in-depth four-month investigation is initiated.
