Radio 3fach must finance itself
Radio The Lucerne youth station Radio 3fach no longer receives contributions from local radio stations in Central Switzerland.
For seven years, Radio Pilatus, Sunshine and Central paid CHF 23,000,000 a year to 3fach, which in return waived advertising and sponsorship. This contract was terminated in the middle of the year. Negotiations with Radio Pilatus about a continuation failed in November. Radio 3fach therefore intends to finance itself with broadcast sponsorship in future. Advertising and profits will continue to be dispensed with.
