Public Relations The Swiss Public Relations Institute is now offering an intensive seminar for communication managers in non-profit organizations (NPOs) The five-day short course "PR for NPOs" will take place for the first time in April and May 2004. The focus will be on communication strategies, crisis communication and the potential and limits of media work. Lecturers include Roland Jeanneret, Head of Communications at Swiss Solidarity, Carmelina Castellino, Pestalozzi Children's Foundation, Doris Fiala, communications consultant for the Paraplegic Foundation and the Zurich Lighthouse.
