In the "3-1" variant, the first three sections will continue to appear in Swiss newspaper format (broadsheet). The culture and leisure section would become a tabloid. In the "1-3" variant, only the first section would remain in the traditional format. It would contain the news in brief, the topic of the day and the domestic, foreign, business and stock market sections. The remaining sections would be in tabloid format. The two variants will be developed and economically examined by mid-March.
