Léman Bleu receives cash injection

Local TV Léman Bleu, the cash-strapped local television station in Geneva, is receiving a financial injection: TéléGenève, a company 51% controlled by the City of Geneva, is increasing its stake in Léman Bleu. A new Board of Directors (BoD) was also appointed at the shareholders' meeting. The previous Board of Directors announced its resignation a month ago and gave notice to staff at the end of April as a precautionary measure. Some of the staff are now to be reinstated.
