Cooking with Helmis Kids

There are many celebrity cookbooks. But only one has been written by an entire family - "Benj's Mahlzeit", a culinary family project by father Helmi Sigg, mother Barbara, son Benjamin and daughter Laura, offering a wide variety of everyday recipes. They were pre-cooked and tested by the son, who is currently doing an apprenticeship as a chef with one of the stars of the guild and collects cookbooks in his spare time. The daughter has garnished the recipes with drawings. Mother took the photos, Helmi designed and produced the book. Available from www.helmisigg.ch/mahlzeit.
