Health The Bern-based communications agency Push 'n' Pull has been commissioned by the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) to publicize the new chemicals legislation, which comes into force in 2005 and replaces, among other things, the previous poison classes with the European labeling of household chemicals. Push 'n' Pull communicates the changes for the private sector as part of a publicity campaign.
