Edipresse strengthens its commitment in Romania

Publishing houses The Greek entrepreneur Antonios Liberis has sold his shares in the Romanian Publishing Group (RPG) and Libedi Printing to Edipresse.Liberis and the Lausanne-based publishing house were previously active in Romania in a joint venture. Edipresse now owns Libedi Printing at 100%. The Axel Springer publishing house retains a 40% stake in RPG. RPG publishes eleven consumer magazines, while Libedi prints the publisher's titles and other publications.
