Magazines Since the beginning of June, Cicero has also been represented in the Swiss market by GWP, the Düsseldorf-based Holtzbrinck subsidiary that previously only carried Ringier's monthly political magazine in its German portfolio, which also includes HandelsZeitung, Bilanz and Weltwoche. The paper is well received by readers. There is still room for improvement in terms of advertising: the July issue had 26 pages of advertising on 148 pages.
