Economic areas The media consultancy Publicom rejects attacks by the daily newspaper La Liberté on the new classification of economic areas (EAs) as defamatory and damaging to its business. 30 June, in a commentary entitled "Bas les masques", Liberté editor-in-chief Roger de Diesbach alleged that Publicom had invented facts for its analysis of the economic areas of French-speaking Switzerland. Publicom is demanding a rebuttal.
