Media policy The Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council opposes the planned cuts to SRG's foreign service Swissinfo and maintains "the public mandate regarding Swissinfo as a priority task of SRG". The opinion was adopted by 16 votes to 7. In the opinion of the majority of the Commission, the services must be maintained at their current level. It declared itself not responsible for the financial aspects.
