PubliGroupe reorganizes

New Media PubliGroupe (P) is merging its two online subsidiaries Publicitas Webservices (site marketing) and Publimedia Webadvertising (media consulting) at the beginning of July to form Web2com AG, which will be headed by Ueli Weber, previously Managing Director of P Webservices. P is also creating a new competence center for cross-media within the Business Development division, which will support all business units in the development of cross-divisional marketing offers. It will be headed by Heinz Bischof.
