Publicitas cannot appeal

Presse Publicitas has failed in its appeal against the awarding of the contract for the Anzeiger Region Bern, the advertising agency appealed against the awarding of the advertising mandate to which it had itself been awarded the contract. It complained of additional costs because the local authorities responsible for the Anzeiger had awarded the contracts for prepress and printing to different locations and demanded that its compensation be reassessed.
