The Mystery is Orange

Telecommunications A teaser campaign is keeping people guessing: What new tariffs are being hatched at Orange? The method seems to be slowly becoming systematic: On mysterious posters, celebrities promise that they will soon show their colors or a large, red icon in the shape of the number 1 arouses curiosity as to which company will soon out itself as number 1 here. With the latest phantom advertisement, the case seems clearer: posters with nothing but an orange base color and the white telephone number 078 840 44 44 evoke associations with the car rental company Sixt with their color. But if you call the number given, you can hear the supernatural CI melody from the Orange commercials. A female voice purrs: "Nice that you have dialed the number 078 840 44 44. Please leave me your message after the beep. Mercie." And what is this message about? New tariffs? A new cell phone service? The posters could be seen at Zurich main station, among other places. The mysterious campaign also caught the eye at the Orange Night at Zurich's Kino am See. Here, strikingly pretty girls buzzed through the audience. They also had the hot number on their orange T-shirts. If you wanted to know more, the girls just whispered in your ear: "It's a secret. Give me a call."
No information on this secret matter is available from the telecoms company Orange. Understandably, the in-house agency Lowe is also not yet letting Orange out of the bag. We are hanging on!
