Publishers The Frankfurt Higher Regional Court has ruined a presumably lucrative side business for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ): it has prohibited the writer Hans Magnus Enzensberger from publishing the "Frankfurter Allgemeine Bücherei" book series for the FAZ. The judges agreed with Eichborn Verlag that Enzensberger must fulfill his previous contract until the end of 2007. At Eichborn, the author ran the successful series "Die Andere Bibliothek". In December, he resigned without notice in order to tackle the "Frankfurter Allgemeine Bücherei". The FAZ is now abandoning the project.
