Metaplan Perikom: Consulting Strengthens the Professional Association

The organizational and strategy consulting firm Metaplan is a new partner member of the Perikom professional association (Human Resources Management and Internal Communication). As the association announced on October 27, 2026, in Zurich, Metaplan is an internationally active strategy and organizational consulting firm that supports executives in complex organizational and change processes. According to the association, this new partnership brings additional expertise in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, and cultural analysis.

Seventeen partner members at Metaplan Perikom

Perikom now has seventeen partner members. These members support the association with practical expertise and actively participate in the regular evening events, where HR and communications professionals share their experiences. Partner members include, among others, Farner Consulting, the HWZ Zurich University of Applied Sciences, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – Business, the ZHAW, and the MAZ.

Cooperation Is Being Strengthened

Dr. Sven Kette, a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss company Metaplan AG, explains the rationale behind joining: «We already look back on several years of collaboration. Through Perikom’s programs, we’ve been able to discuss organizational theory with members and actively test out organizational design concepts. For us, it was the next logical step to deepen this collaboration through membership.»

Conference and Continuing Education

Perikom’s activities primarily consist of regular events for communications and human resources professionals, including the annual Swiss HR/Internal Communication Conference. In addition, Perikom develops continuing education programs and initiates and supports research projects and studies on the topic of internal communication. The next Swiss HR/Internal Communication Conference will take place on May 13, 2027.
