Change in Teleboy's CEO, Effective October 2026
The CEO transition at Teleboy is now official: Victor Masopust will step down from his operational leadership role at the Zurich-based telecommunications provider effective October 1, 2026. The new CEO will be Walter Zollinger, who has known Teleboy for many years and has previously served the company as managing director and a member of the board of directors. Masopust will join the board of directors, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance to Teleboy.
Victor Masopust played a pivotal role in shaping Teleboy's development for about 14 years. During that time, the company evolved from an online TV guide and streaming provider into a full-fledged Swiss telecommunications provider offering TV, Internet, landline, and mobile services.
«Teleboy has been a part of my life for many years and has meant far more to me than just a typical CEO role. We have fundamentally advanced the company both technologically and entrepreneurially, constantly reinventing it. Now is the right time for me to hand over operational responsibility and devote myself to new entrepreneurial endeavors,» says Victor Masopust.

Zollinger Emphasizes Continuity
Walter Zollinger will take over operational management. As a partner at Tom Talent Holding, Teleboy’s majority shareholder, he has close ties to the company. He has been familiar with Teleboy and its industry for many years and has previously served on the executive board and, later, on the board of directors. With this leadership transition, Teleboy is thus prioritizing continuity.
Masopust will remain associated with Teleboy as a new member of the Board of Directors. In this role, he will advise the company, particularly on strategic issues and the use of artificial intelligence.
Masopust focuses on artificial intelligence
Going forward, Masopust will focus on his own entrepreneurial projects and investments. One area of focus is artificial intelligence: Among other things, he is developing his own AI-powered products and supporting companies in AI-driven product development and transformation.
Teleboy is one of Switzerland's providers of TV, Internet, mobile, and landline services. The company began as an online TV magazine and has steadily expanded its offerings over the past few years to become a comprehensive telecommunications provider.
