F/E Becomes echo agentur: Three Locations, One Identity
After nearly 15 years, FE Agentur is rebranding: As echo agentur, it brings together strategy, branding, digital, and live experiences under one roof across three locations.

After nearly 15 years operating under the name F/E, a new chapter is beginning for the agency: The echo agentur rebranding is complete. Starting in September, the agency will operate under a new name and with a new brand identity. Three locations, six partners, and an expanded portfolio of services form the foundation of the agency’s unified brand identity.
Growth that calls for a new name
What began in Baden has evolved over the years into an agency group with offices in Düsseldorf and Zurich. Today, the agency’s services range from strategy, branding, and communications to digital and performance marketing, as well as live experiences and events. Last year, the agency decided to integrate these strengths even more closely: processes, roles, and structures were redesigned, and the previous units will be legally and organizationally merged as of early 2026. With “echo,” the agency is now launching its unified brand identity.
Christoph Enderli, co-founder and CEO of echo agentur, describes the move as a major milestone and, at the same time, as the «next logical step.» He emphasizes his pride in the team: «in what we’ve built together, and above all, in how we can continue to help our clients move forward as a single agency.»

From Volume to Resonance: The Concept Behind the echo agentur Rebranding
The new name is programmatic. The press release states that the world is noisy—so anyone who wants to inspire people doesn’t need to raise their voice, but rather needs a sense of what moves people, what connects them, and what resonates with them. That’s exactly where echo comes in.
«We believe in encounters that build on one another. In ideas that move people. In experiences that leave a lasting impression. And in brands that not only stand out but also have a lasting impact,» says Enderli. «That’s exactly what echo stands for. We connect ideas, stories, and moments to create encounters that move people and have a lasting impact—across channels and disciplines.»
The goal is resonance—an echo that lingers.
Six partners, three locations, one leadership team
The agency will continue to be led by the six-person team of partners and owners: Christoph Enderli, Samuel Röthlisberger, Taryl Kambi, Karin Renold, Jan Erik Strack, and Jonas Wittwer. Their diverse professional and entrepreneurial backgrounds complement one another, creating a leadership team that brings together the agency’s various perspectives and areas of expertise.
The three locations—Baden, Düsseldorf, and Zurich—will remain in operation. From these locations, echo operates across all sites, bringing together the right people and expertise for each project. More than 30 employees work at the three locations.
The common foundation is the philosophy that the agency has already established under F/E: «We rise by lifting others.» Behind this lies the conviction that good work begins with a genuine interest in others—with listening, understanding, and a collaborative approach that puts people first.
From Migros to the Swiss Economic Forum
The agency has made a name for itself with projects for companies and organizations such as Migros, the Zurich Cantonal Police, Galenica, AMAG, the Swiss Southeast Railway (SOB), Migros Bank, World Vision, and the Swiss Economic Forum.
echo agentur is part of the echo group, which also includes THE HALL and echo originals. Through echo originals, the group develops and produces its own event formats in the public and corporate sectors in collaboration with partners. These are expected to include, among others, Soul Christmas and the IMD AI Update, a leadership conference focused on artificial intelligence and related management and leadership issues.
