Martin Elmiger Joins Premotion as Managing Partner
The co-founder and former CEO of auviso is joining the Lucerne-based agency Premotion as a managing partner—bringing with him more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience.

The Lucerne-based agency Premotion is expanding its strategic leadership team: Martin Elmiger will join Premotion as a managing partner in August 2026. Together with Reto Schmidiger, Pedro Llopart, and Sacha Johann, he will help shape the company’s future development and the expansion of its communications, events, and training divisions.
Entrepreneurial Experience as a Foundation
Martin Elmiger is a co-founder of auviso – audio visual solutions, where he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. With his strategic expertise and extensive network, he is expected to support Premotion particularly in the areas of business development, strategic corporate development, and positioning. In addition, he will contribute his entrepreneurial experience and perspective as a sparring partner in client projects, according to the press release.
The collaboration between Martin Elmiger and Premotion dates back more than two decades. According to the press release, their numerous joint projects have fostered a close personal and business partnership that will now continue in a new form.
A Long-Standing Relationship as the Foundation for the Next Step
Sacha Johann, Managing Partner at Premotion, emphasizes the depth of this relationship: «Martin and us are connected by far more than just a long-standing business relationship.
