ADC Switzerland New Members: Twelve Jury Members and Three Members

According to its own statements, ADC Switzerland brings together the leading creative professionals in the communications industry—and is now expanding by 15 members all at once. Five women and ten men have met the admission requirements and will use their expertise to drive innovation in the Swiss creative scene, according to a press release dated July 9, 2026.

An Overview of the Twelve New Jury Members

Daniela Bär She currently works as a copywriter and concept developer at thjnk Zurich. Her work has been recognized at Cannes, the Effie Awards, and the ADC, and she has had a complaint against her rejected by the Swiss Fair Trading Commission.

Sandro Baebler is a photographer and director specializing in sports and portraiture. A trained graphic designer, he has worked with Cristiano Ronaldo, Colin Farrell, and Robbie Williams, and divides his time between the mountains of Glarus and major cities around the world.

Susen Gehle She works primarily as a creative director and founding member of the creative collective Insighters. In addition to her work in advertising, she coaches people on burnout prevention and self-discovery.

Jannic Mascello He started out more than ten years ago as a junior art director at Jung von Matt Limmat and is now a creative director and partner at Wirz. He places particular importance on ideas that make it into the newspaper—and thus capture the attention of a broad audience.

Simon Renggli He actively helped shape the culture of the 1980s through the 2010s as a professional skater, street artist, and DJ. He was part of Zurich’s hip-hop scene and, later, its electronic music scene, and in his work he is guided by the belief that it should be authentic and joyful.

Davide Schenker He is joining ADC Switzerland as a jury member and says he is looking forward to seeing a wealth of ideas—including, no doubt, some that he himself would have liked to have come up with.

Luca Schneider is a senior art director whose career has taken him from Advico Young & Rubicam to Havas, Wirz, Virtue, and most recently Jung von Matt LIMMAT. His credo is: «Ultimately, every idea is about creating something that people talk about—something that triggers an emotional response, sparks reflection, and where creativity demonstrably and sustainably makes a difference and brings about change.»

Luisa Silvestri is the Art Director for Motion at Galaxus Digitec. Her diverse professional experience—including stints in the fashion industry and the nightlife scene—shapes her perspective on target audiences. As an advertising professional, she sees herself as a service provider and values work that is both clever and entertaining.

Adrian Staehelin joined Neu Creative Agency as Creative Director. Previously, he worked at Jung von Matt, Heimat Berlin, and M&C Saatchi, among others, and as a freelancer in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

Marco Strihic He has been a film editor for 30 years, having worked in Zurich and New York, and now runs his own studio in Bühler, AR. For him, editing is not merely a craft, but the phase in which a film finds its timing, its rhythm, and its tone.

Neil Stubbings works at the intersection of advertising, design, and animation. As a director and designer, he creates unique visual worlds for international campaigns and films. His work has been shown at festivals around the world and has won numerous awards.

Mara Schwegler She currently works in Berlin as a senior art director. She is passionate about ideas that surprise and, at the same time, have a real impact—and, as she says, she is particularly delighted to have been accepted into ADC Switzerland.

The Three New Members

Johannes Berchtold He is the founder of «JB Brand Strategy» and has been guiding premium brands through periods of transformation for more than two decades. Among other things, he was responsible for communications and marketing at the NZZ, McKinsey & Company, and the St. Gallen Symposium.

Dr. Barbara Mutzbauer She is a creative director, design researcher, and college professor specializing in spatial communication, experience design, and atmospheric impact. She has worked as a creative director for companies including Aroma, Bellprat Partner, and MCH Global.

Pablo Widmer, Head of Product Design at Breitling & Gallet, is known for his distinctive design style. He describes his design approach as a balance between modern and retro—a dialogue between the brand’s history and the present.
