Geberit and TBWA\Zurich Put Water in the Spotlight
For the first time, Geberit is launching a cross-product campaign covering all in-wall product lines—developed by TBWA\Zurich. The campaign centers on a single element: water.

Geberit Campaign by TBWA: Water as a Malleable Material
With a new global brand campaign, Geberit is breaking new ground: For the first time, the sanitary technology group is communicating a unified message across all product lines, extending beyond the wall. The campaign was developed by TBWA\Zurich, which won the account in a multi-stage pitch. The unifying element of TBWA’s Geberit campaign is water—not as an uncontrollable force, but as a malleable material that yields to the will and skill of engineers.
A Film as the Prologue to a Platform
The campaign kicks off with a 30-second commercial for movie theaters and TV. It conveys the brand’s identity and its commitment to breaking new ground in the world of water—with the goal of developing innovative solutions for toilets, showers, and washbasins, thereby tangibly improving people’s lives.
Chief Creative Officer Manuel Wenzel describes the conceptual approach behind it: «The Geberit brand has so much to say that it’s almost impossible to convey it all in a single campaign. That’s why we’ve developed a platform on which we’re building several creative concepts. This campaign is, so to speak, the prologue.»

Human Needs as a Starting Point
Martin Baumüller, Head of Marketing & Brands at Geberit, emphasizes the user-centered approach: «At Geberit, human needs are at the heart of every innovation. That’s why our products can make a tangible difference in people’s lives.»
The film was directed by Patrick Daughters and produced by Mcqueen Films. Visual effects were created by Artjail, sound design and voiceovers by Postoffice Amsterdam, and the music by Sunny Levine.
Phased launch in 15 countries
The campaign will launch in phases across 15 countries. The video will be used in various lengths and supplemented by DOOH, display ads, social ads, OOH, landing pages, and POS initiatives. The next phase will follow in September with additional spots and promotional materials.
