Migros and Hej: Young talents design annual report

For the fifth consecutive year, students produced video clips for the Migros Group’s annual report under the guidance of the reporting agency Hej and the film production company Filmgerberei. The online report features video interviews and personal year-in-review reflections from the Executive Board.

As the largest private employer in Switzerland, the Migros Group is also an important training company. In 2025, around 3,300 young people completed their basic training at Migros. For five years now, Young Talents have been developing formats for annual reporting under the guidance of the reporting agency Hej and the film production company Filmgerberei. To date, around 40 apprentices and trainees have been part of this "Reporting Academy".

Film formats with the Executive Committee

The cinematic review of the year with the President of the Board of Directors, Ursula Nold, and the Chairman of the Executive Board of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives, Mario Irminger, has become an established part of the annual report. This year, two additional clips were produced with the Chairman's Committee's personal memories of Migros' past anniversary year. These reached several tens of thousands of users via Migros' social media channels within the first 24 hours of the report going live.

Revised design and new features

As part of the changeover to the new segment reporting, the Migros Financial Report has been redesigned and now appears in a screen-optimized landscape format. Another new feature of the online report is the "Good News": surprising news from the Migros year that will delight you. The complete management report is available at report.migros.ch retrievable.
