See Tickets Switzerland becomes part of Ticketcorner Holding
See Tickets Switzerland has been part of Ticketcorner Holding AG since the end of February. The ticketing company was previously a direct subsidiary of the CTS EVENTIM Group; going forward, the company will be managed within Ticketcorner Holding AG, a joint venture between CTS EVENTIM and
Ringier.
The aim is a gradual integration into Ticketcorner's existing market and platform structure. The transaction has been approved by the relevant competition authorities.
With this step, event organizer customers of See Tickets Switzerland gain access to the Ticketcorner platform: greater reach, professional digital marketing solutions and scalable technology. Events gain visibility, new target groups
are opened up. Fans benefit from an even wider range of events on Switzerland's largest live entertainment marketplace - with the usual simple and reliable ticket purchasing.
