Mentos and WPP Media back Jonas Hasler
The Mentos gum brand is expanding its #Winterwin campaign and will become the official helmet sponsor of up-and-coming snowboarder Jonas Hasler starting with the 2026 Laax Open. The partnership was developed by WPP Media and mStudio and underscores the brand’s commitment to Swiss winter sports.

Mentos is continuing its successful winter commitment and expanding its activities around the YesToFresh/#Winterwin campaign. The focus is on the cooperation with Swiss snowboard talent Jonas Hasler, one of the country's most promising Olympic hopefuls. Mentos will take over the helmet sponsorship from the Laax Open 2026, underlining its commitment to Swissness, freshness and top performance.
Strong partnership with a future
The collaboration with Jonas Hasler is another milestone in the Winterwin campaign, which has already attracted a great deal of attention throughout Switzerland since November 2025. Due to the positive success of the campaign and the clear commitment to Switzerland, Mentos is expanding its involvement for the coming winter seasons in a targeted manner.
Jonas Hasler has recently impressed with strong international results: Successful performances at the FIS World Cup in China were followed by top placings such as 4th place in the halfpipe at the FIS Snowboard World Cup in Calgary and another final place in the slopestyle at the FIS Snowboard World Cup in Aspen. The Laax Open 2026 and the Olympics can come - Jonas is ready.
Mentos as a partner in winter sports
By sponsoring helmets from the Laax Open onwards, Mentos is positioning itself even more strongly in Swiss winter sports and supporting young athletes on their way to the top of the world. The partnership is symbolic of dynamism, freshness and courage - values that Mentos embodies both in its campaigns and in sport.
The cooperation was developed and implemented by Cheyenne Bandari from Mentos and Martin Distl from the agency WPP Media/mStudio. More information on the campaign can be found at www.mentos.ch/winterwin.
