Goldbach sells Goldvertise to High View
The Goldbach Group is selling its German subsidiary, Goldvertise Media, to the Munich-based media company High View. The marketing firm, which specializes in video advertising on connected TV, linear TV, and online video, will thus become part of a growing media company. The sale is part of Goldbach’s strategic focus on the Swiss market.

Goldvertise, a German subsidiary of Goldbach specializing in the marketing of video content on connected TV, linear TV, and online video, is becoming part of High View. High View is a media company headquartered in Landshut, Munich, Oberhaching, and Vienna that operates various media brands, develops new brands, and distributes and markets them, primarily in German-speaking countries but also internationally.
High View, a forward-looking and steadily growing company, offers a wide range of media services. The focus is on traditional linear TV channels and streaming. A spokesperson for High View explains: «The goal of the acquisition is to strategically strengthen and purposefully expand Goldvertise with the aim of assuming a clear leadership role in the total video ecosystem.»

Extensive Portfolio
Goldvertise emerged from the former Goldbach Germany. The company's portfolio includes more than 45 connected TV partners, over 40 linear special-interest TV channels, and an extensive online portfolio with up to 5 billion monthly ad requests.
The sale of Goldvertise is a logical step as part of the Goldbach Group’s focus on Switzerland. Christoph Marty, CEO of the Goldbach Group, is pleased: «I’m happy for Frank and his team that we’ve found a new home in High View, which will continue on the path Goldvertise has set for itself.»
Frank Möbius, Managing Director of Goldvertise, adds: «Goldvertise Media and High View have enjoyed a close, successful partnership for years. Through our future collaboration with High View, we will be able to integrate our brands, expertise, and technologies even more effectively and leverage synergies in a targeted manner—to the benefit of all our partners, clients, and advertisers.»
The Goldbach Group is headquartered in Küsnacht and is a subsidiary of the TX Group. For more information, visit www.goldbach.com.
