Oppenheim refreshes its brand image
After 17 years, the Zurich-based agency Oppenheim (formerly Oppenheim & Partner) is unveiling a new brand identity and an expanded portfolio of services. The name change and rebranding reflect the agency’s ongoing evolution from a PR specialist to a full-service agency for public relations and brand building.

After 17 years, the Zurich agency Oppenheim (formerly Oppenheim & Partner) presents itself with a new brand identity and an expanded service portfolio. The renaming and rebranding reflect the continuous development from PR specialist to full-service agency for public relations and brand building.
The rebranding is primarily the result of continuous development of the range of services. The agency was founded in 2009 with a focus on traditional media relations, but the portfolio of services has long since gone far beyond this. Today, the core competencies are public relations and brand building - including branding, content, social media, influencer marketing and live communication, with branding and content currently experiencing disproportionately strong growth.
From an insider tip to a visible brand
Oppenheim has grown continuously over 17 years and has remained under the radar for a long time. "Customers usually only found us through recommendations. At times, we didn't even have a website," says founder David Oppenheim. "But now the time has come to be more courageous and proud to show the outside world what we have been doing successfully for a long time."

Partner Daniel Leuenberger adds: "I'm afraid we will go down in agency history as the most demanding client. Strategically questioning our own positioning and creating a completely new image for ourselves was challenging, but the experience will help us to be even more customer-centric in the future."
Consumers today expect brands to tell their story consistently and authentically across all channels. Only if they succeed in this can they create trust and remain relevant in a demanding, rapidly changing market. Oppenheim sees itself as a strategic compass that captures the essence of brands and companies, translates their values and gives them the voice that actually reaches people.
Long-term relationships as a recipe for success
The new image makes visible what Oppenheim stands for today: strategic consulting, creative excellence, a keen sense for stories and the ability to create relationships that last. This is not only about relationships between brands and people, but also between agency and clients.

Quite a few of the more than 250 companies that Oppenheim has advised to date have been clients for over a decade, including key accounts such as Coca-Cola and Volvo. The relationships with employees are just as long-term. Many of the now 20 team members - including strategists, consultants and creatives - have been part of the agency for many years.
The agency is owner-managed, independent and has offices in Zurich and Lausanne. In addition to long-standing regular clients Coca-Cola and Volvo, the client portfolio also includes Samsung, Disney, Tata Consultancy Services, Accor and White Turf.
