Dr. Bähler Dropa relies on hand-embroidered Christmas campaign
For this year's Christmas campaign, the family-owned company Dr. Bähler Dropa has created a special work of art: Textile artist Jana Bochet spent about two months designing a delicate, hand-embroidered Christmas tree. The campaign will run across various channels through Christmas.

The family-run company Dr. Bähler Dropa, which operates around 120 pharmacies and drugstores in German-speaking Switzerland, has opted for a delicate work of art for its 2025 Christmas campaign. The centerpiece is an embroidered Christmas tree designed by Swiss textile artist Jana Bochet.
Handcrafted with attention to detail
Jana Bochet spent around two months creating the intricate Christmas tree by hand. The tree is decorated with various Christmas motifs that were brought to life using techniques such as embroidery, crochet and folding. "The snowman smiles at the bell, the heart gives him a body. The elements repeat themselves," explains the artist, describing the little story that the tree's motifs tell.
The campaign can now be seen on digital out-of-home, print, social media and at the point of sale and will be continuously updated until Christmas. The subject shows the quality craftsmanship and personal touch that the company wants to convey with its Christmas communication.
