House of Satoshi relies on live podcasts as a community format

House of Satoshi, Switzerland’s largest hub for individual investors in Bitcoin and crypto, is consistently expanding its 360-degree community strategy. With community episodes and live podcasts, the company is introducing new formats that are proving to be a hit: the community episodes are among the fastest-growing shows, and the live podcasts at Zurich’s Frame cinema were completely sold out.

With its 360-degree model, House of Satoshi, the largest Swiss hub for private investors in Bitcoin and crypto, is establishing itself as a pioneer of a new communication culture in the financial and technology sector. The consistent community approach is at the heart of this: knowledge is created through dialog, proximity replaces distance. The company is now taking the next step and expanding the existing podcast. This is part of a comprehensive community initiative in which all channels interact on an equal footing.

Community determines the channels

House of Satoshi follows a clear principle: it is not the channel that determines the message, but the community. Whether in the store in Zurich's Europaallee district, in the podcast, at live events, in the blog, in the newsletter or in 1:1 coaching - every format contributes to building trust and understanding for the topics of Bitcoin and crypto.

In spring, the podcast strategy was expanded with formats that involve the community and partners more closely. These include the live podcasts, which have already been successfully held twice at Zurich's Frame cinema, both times sold out and with a waiting list. The first edition (May 2025) was organized together with Postfinance, the second (October 2025) with Luzerner Kantonalbank. Both partners took the opportunity to contribute their perspectives on Bitcoin and crypto directly to the discussion. This form of dialog creates proximity and trust, both for the audience and for the brands taking part.

Community episodes as a successful format

Another element is the community episodes, in which listeners send in their questions via WhatsApp voice message. These are played on the show and answered by crypto experts. Both episodes are among the fastest-growing episodes of the podcast ever and show how strong the need for real exchange and comprehensible knowledge transfer is.

All formats are closely linked and form a communication ecosystem that focuses on multiple use and depth of content. Topics from podcasts are explored in greater depth in the blog, continued in the newsletter and addressed individually via social media or personal coaching sessions.

"We have pursued a consistent community approach since the beginning," says founder Rino Borini. "Our content arises from real questions. The community decides which channel to use to get in touch with us. This creates authenticity and trust that can't be bought. Our approach proves us right: we are constantly growing at double-digit rates on all channels."

Dino Giglio, founder of the podcast agency Audiokanzlei, adds: "We have been working side by side with House of Satoshi for years. It's impressive to see how they really live community - no marketing blah-blah, but real dialog. That's exactly how audio has to work today."

Interest in Bitcoin and crypto is growing noticeably in Switzerland. More and more people want to understand what it is really about, beyond speculation or short-term hype. House of Satoshi makes this knowledge accessible and combines technology, education and personal encounters. House of Satoshi thinks of community holistically: as a network that unfolds across all channels - from the store on Langstrasse to your ear.
