Claude Ansermoz and Manon Bornand are the new heads of Ringier Romandie

Ringier Medien Schweiz (RMS) is restructuring its organization in French-speaking Switzerland. Effective January 1, 2026, Claude Ansermoz will assume editorial responsibility for all media brands in French-speaking Switzerland as Co-Head of RMS Romandie and Editor-in-Chief of RMS Romandie. Together with Manon Bornand, who will head the Digital & Marketing division as Co-Head of RMS Romandie, he will form the new leadership duo.

Both will report directly to Max Buder, Chief Commercial Officer RMS. The previous director Thomas Deléchat will oversee the handover until spring 2026 and will then leave the company at his own request. Deléchat has been part of the Ringier Group since 2015, shaped digital innovation at Le Temps, founded the Blick Romandie editorial team together with Michel Jeanneret in 2020 and merged the editorial teams of Blick, L'illustré and PME into an integrated structure in 2023.

With the reorganization, RMS aims to further intensify cooperation between the brands, expand digital expertise and promote the targeted use of artificial intelligence in the editorial offices.

Claude Ansermoz has over twenty years of experience in journalism in French-speaking Switzerland and was Editor-in-Chief of 24 Heures from 2017 to 2024. At RMS, he will be responsible for the content of L'illustré, PME, Blick Romandie Sport and Blick Romandie as well as the print production unit. He will also lead a central editorial team that develops cross-brand content and strengthens synergies.

Manon Bornand, Head of Digital, Innovation & Marketing RMS Romandie since 2024, is an expert in editorial branding. In future, she will be responsible for the Blick.ch/fr web desk and the teams for Digital & Innovation, Brand & Marketing, Events & Partnerships and Video & Social Media Production.

Max Buder, CCO RMS, explains: "With Claude Ansermoz and Manon Bornand, we are relying on a strong duo who will further develop our activities in French-speaking Switzerland both strategically and editorially."
