The International Business Film Festival is launching the submission phase for its 32nd edition and invites film producers, agencies and clients from Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and South Tyrol to submit their productions for the competition. Since 1963, the International Business Film Festival has been regarded as the leading festival for business films in the German-speaking world.
New categories - new opportunities
The festival is starting the next round with fresh impetus: an expanded category portfolio specifically addresses current trends and developments in the industry. There are now a total of 35 categories to choose from - from classic corporate films to business reports and documentaries to technically and technically outstanding productions in the Production Arts & Crafts section.

For the first time, awards will be presented for "Best Sound Design", "Best Use of Emotion" and "Best Use of Artificial Intelligence". The range of categories has also been expanded thematically: New categories are specifically aimed at productions from the financial, banking and insurance sectors, as well as from the areas of fashion, beauty and lifestyle, art, music and culture.
Another highlight is the newly created category "Branded Documentaries" - formats that combine documentary storytelling with credible brand communication and set new standards in the field of authentic corporate presentation.
Grand Prix Victoria - The highest award
The highlight of the competition is the award for the best overall production with the Grand Prix Victoria, which is presented to all gold winners. Past winners include "ALLE ALLE! KULTUR" and "Linz ist Linz" by Forafilm for the Linz Tourist Board, "Der doppelte Imagefilm" by Al Dente Entertainment for Grimme Landmaschinenfabrik and "Bürger Maultaschen - Tasty Tasches" by Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg for Bürger.
