Stephanie Brändle takes over the SRF "Hit Parade"

Radio SRF 3 is banking on talent from within its own ranks: Starting in November 2025, the long-running «Hitparade» on Radio SRF 3 will have a new host: Stephanie Brändle, a 31-year-old from Winterthur, will take over from Joel Grolimund, who is leaving the company at the end of October. With this move, SRF is once again promoting talent from within its own ranks—while also strengthening the connection between Radio SRF Virus and SRF 3.

Brändle is anything but a blank slate: after studying journalism and organizational communication at the ZHAW she gained experience at Radio Top and has been with Radio SRF Virus as a presenter, producer and project manager. As early as 2023, she stood in for the "Hit Parade" - and impressed with her flair for music trends and charismatic presence.

"With her energy and her creative approach, she is an excellent fit for the direction of the 'Hit Parade' on SRF 3," says Moritz Conzelmann"This step is an example of how we promote talent and use synergies within SRF."

The new job is also a dream come true for Brändle himself:

"I'm like the DJ in the passenger seat - playing people's favorite songs and creating a good atmosphere. Who wouldn't love that?"

She gets support from Vincenz "Visu" Suterwho already hosts the morning show on Radio SRF Virus. In future, the Lucerne native will also regularly host the "Hit Parade" and will be a permanent member of the team from 2026. "WochenRundShow" on SRF 3 - alongside Judith Wernli and Joana Mauch.

The SRF 3 "Hit Parade runs every Sunday from 12 to 4 p.m. and presents the Top 50 of the Swiss singles chartsinterviews with up-and-coming artists and the popular music game "5 out of 10".
