Record in the reader market: Fritz+Fränzi reaches a quarter of a million readers
The Swiss parenting magazine Fritz+Fränzi has set a new record in its 24-year history, with 250,000 readers per issue.

With an increase of 14,000 readers per issue compared to the previous year, the Swiss parents' magazine Fritz+Fränzi achieved its biggest growth since it was founded in 2001. 250,000 readers per issue marks a new milestone in the popular science magazine's 24-year history.
"A look back shows: Within nine years, the readership of Switzerland's leading parenting guide has grown by a total of 103,000 people," says Tobias Winterberg, Managing Director of Stiftung Elternsein. This makes the monthly magazine one of the few print titles in Switzerland that is constantly gaining readers.
Nik Niethammer, Editor-in-Chief, points to the high reader intensity: "The readers of Fritz+Fränzi pick up each of the ten issues three times on average." The average reading time per issue is 42 minutes, around 80 percent of an issue is read in its entirety.
The latest figures from WEMF AG für Werbemarktforschung also show a significant increase to 589,000 readers among the widest readership - the total of all people who read at least two issues per year.
