Wrestling king Sempach becomes ambassador for Emmental Insurance
Matthias Sempach, the 2013 Schwing King and now a farmer, is becoming an ambassador for Emmental Insurance. A native of the Emmental region, he is considered one of the legends of Schwing and has been living with his family on his own farm in Entlebuch since 2019.
The commitment to the identity-forming sport of wrestling, which is particularly rooted in rural regions, is an ideal fit for Emmental Versicherung, which is close to its customers with over 200 agencies throughout Switzerland.
"In Matthias Sempach, we have gained an ambassador who lives our cooperative values and represents them in an authentic way," says Christian Rychen.
Matthias Sempach adds: "I'm really looking forward to the partnership. As in wrestling, down-to-earthness, reliability, proximity and trust are also important at Emmental."
The collaboration with the wrestling king includes various communication measures and potential joint appearances.
