The leading Swiss out-of-home media company APG|SGA is adjusting its organizational structure. After more than three decades, Beat Holenstein, Head of Marketing & Partner Market and member of the Executive Board, will leave the company on September 30, 2026 to devote himself to new private projects outside the out-of-home advertising industry.

The reorganization will take place in several stages. From October 1, 2025, the "Programmatic & aymo" units, headed by Michael Pevec, will move to the "Advertising Market" division, which will be managed by Andy Bürki. In this division, Michael Sutter will assume overall responsibility for "Sales Consulting Regions" and "Transport Advertising". Raffaello Giorgio will head the "Airport Advertising and Sales International" unit in future and report to Marcel Baumann, Head of Key Account Management.

From January 2026, CFO Nico Benz-Müller will also assume responsibility for the "Partner Market" division. Nicolas Adolph, previously Head of Product Management, will move to this area as "Head of Projects, Submissions & Services". The Area Services team and Peter Gretener as "Head of Business Controlling Partner Market" will also be assigned to this area.

Beat Holenstein will continue to be responsible for the "Marketing" division until his departure and will also be directly in charge of "Product Management" from January 2026. Information on his successor in these areas will be provided at a later date.

These organizational adjustments are aimed at positioning APG|SGA optimally for future challenges and aligning it even better with the needs of its market partners.
