Alexandra Niggeler brings years of experience from leading Swiss advertising agencies such as tbd, thjnk Zurich and most recently FAMILY AG. She has worked for national and international clients such as Sauber Motorsport, Ochsner Sport, Helsana, Sunrise, KPT, Rivella, Peak Punk and the Road Safety Fund (FVS) - with a focus on communication strategies with social relevance, digital excellence and visual and emotional appeal.

"CycleLab is not just a smart business model, but also a movement for better urban mobility. I am delighted to be working with Philipp and Bernhard to build a brand that moves Switzerland," says Alexandra Niggeler

CycleLab is responding to the boom in bicycle mobility: in 2023, bicycles and e-bikes covered 3.1 billion passenger kilometers in Switzerland. Customers use the digital booking tool to book their service in just a few clicks - including live communication, price approvals, optional collection and return. The company focuses on fast, transparent repairs, deliberately refrains from selling bikes and accessories and concentrates fully on repairs and service.

Together with the two founders, CEO Philipp Tholen and co-founder Bernhard Städler, Alexandra forms the trio that aims to position CycleLab as the leading service platform for urban mobility. The service is currently available in Zurich (districts 1-12) - with plans to expand to other Swiss cities.
