Marcin Baba has lived in Switzerland with his family for over 15 years. The ADC member brings over 25 years of experience from various network agencies. Most recently, he was Executive Creative Director at Serviceplan Suisse, where he was responsible for cross-media campaigns for brands such as BMW, Mini, Swisscom, Swiss Post, ABB, Sika and Dilly Socks.

Prior to Serviceplan, he held senior creative positions at FCB Zurich and Scholz & Friends Zurich. He began his creative career at Scholz & Friends Hamburg.

By switching to Rosarot, Marcin is deliberately breaking new ground: "After many years in large network agencies, it was time to leave the comfort zone," says Baba. "The idea that gives you butterflies in your stomach is the reason why I get up in the morning. And such ideas are best developed in a close-knit team that trusts each other and enjoys its work." This is exactly what he has found at Rosarot.

"We are consistently pursuing our chosen path - with the aim of expanding our campaigning expertise and combining creative excellence with entrepreneurial impact," explains René Karrer, founder and co-CEO of Rosarot.
