Accenture opens inspiring location for the working world of tomorrow
Accenture Switzerland has opened a new office in Zurich. The modern facilities combine tradition and technology and promote innovative work concepts.
Accenture Switzerland starts the year 2025 with a forward-looking location in Zurich. The move from Fraumünster to Pelikanstrasse and Sihlstrasse marks an important milestone for the company. The new premises cover two historic buildings - the Spengler-Haus, a former department store on Sihlstrasse, and the Felsenhof on Pelikanstrasse, which was once occupied by the Escher family of industrialists.
"The two buildings on Sihlstrasse and Pelikanstrasse offer an inspiring environment for the working world of tomorrow," explains Tanya Ruegg from Evolution Design, the commissioned interior design studio. Tradition and modernity come together here: historical architecture is combined with innovative furnishings that create the ideal conditions for creative and flexible working.

Flexible working concepts and technological innovation
The new location is a prime example of New Work: open collaboration areas, retreats for concentrated work, modern meeting rooms and a multifunctional sports room create a wide range of opportunities for employees. Special attention was paid to the needs of neurodiverse employees, which is reflected in the acoustics, color scheme and integration of plants.

Technology also plays a central role. Accenture is opening a Gen-AI studio in the Spengler building, where clients can experience generative AI and the cloud live. "With our new Gen-AI-Studio, we are providing Swiss companies with a tool to keep pace with global competition," says Marco Huwiler, Country Manager of Accenture Switzerland.
Accenture's new location is a perfect example of the combination of work culture, technology and tradition - an inspiring basis for the challenges of tomorrow.
