New managing director for "Telebasel" and "Baseljetzt"
Sandra Ziegler will become the new managing director of «Telebasel» and «Baseljetzt» effective April 1, 2025. The 54-year-old will succeed André Moesch, who is leaving the Basel regional television station and news portal after four years, as the «Baselmedia» Foundation announced on Tuesday.
Ziegler was Managing Director of Schweizerischer Ärzteverlag until September.
According to the press release, after four years as Managing Director, Moesch intends to work independently in the areas of consulting, coaching and journalism. He will continue to act as a consultant for the foundation.
Among other things, Moesch was responsible for the program relaunch at "Telebasel" in mid-2023 with the new news format "Punkt6" and the launch of the regional news portal "Baseljetzt". (SDA/swi)
