Hendrik Schröder becomes Head of Recruiting DACH at the Publicis Groupe
Hendrik Schröder has been appointed the new Head of Recruiting for Publicis Groupe DACH, effective immediately. In this newly created role, he is responsible for all recruitment and selection activities across all agencies and locations—he joins the company from About You.
Hendrik Schröder is the new Head of Recruiting at Publicis Groupe DACH with immediate effect. In this newly created role, he is responsible for all recruitment and selection measures across all agencies and locations and reports directly to Publicis Groupe DACH Chief Talent Officer Bettina Prange.
Schröder comes from online mail order company About You, where he has been Head of Recruiting and Employer Branding since 2020. He has around 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management and has held management positions at Philips Healthcare, as well as at the company builders Hitfox Group (now Ioniq Group) and Heartbeat Labs Berlin, among others.
