Galaxus launches Christmas sitcom

With a 16-episode sitcom-style series, Galaxus once again breaks with traditional Christmas stories. The TV campaign combines charming humor with jabs at real life and skillfully blurs the lines between advertising and reality.

Galaxus remains true to itself and surprises Galaxus remains true to itself and surprises again this year with an unconventional Christmas campaign. The films, which start on November 18, are presented in the style of a sitcom and tell the story of a family preparing for Christmas. However, it soon becomes clear that the protagonists are not trapped in a real festive world, but in an advertising world - that of Galaxus.

In typical Galaxus fashion, the commercials play humorously with clichés and repeatedly break the fourth wall. For example, when prices suddenly appear in the living room or an off-screen voice comments: "We have the products, you have the life". The dialogs address topics that many people are familiar with from everyday life, such as the question of the right age for a smartphone or the value of a gift compared to love.

The campaign comprises 16 episodes, which can be seen on TV, in cinemas and online in German-speaking Switzerland. A specially produced commercial will be used in French-speaking Switzerland. With a wink, Galaxus shows life as it is: sometimes chaotic, often funny and always with a dash of self-irony.
