On March 1, 2025, Sibylle Umiker will take over as Head of Communications and Media Spokeswoman at Luzerner Kantonalbank (LUKB). Umiker, who can already look back on a varied career in the financial and communications sector, has extensive experience in media relations and strategic communications. After holding positions at Zürcher Kantonalbank and Emmi AG, she is currently a member of the management team at the consulting firm Sustainserv, which specializes in ESG strategies and reporting. With this in-depth expertise, Umiker will shape and further develop LUKB's communications strategy from next year.

Daniel von Arx, who worked as a media spokesperson for LUKB for almost three decades, will focus on strategic projects as Senior Communications Advisor until his retirement in 2027. "We would like to thank Daniel von Arx for his extraordinary commitment and are delighted to have found a competent successor with a strong communications background in Sibylle Umiker," said the LUKB Executive Board.
