KPMG has honored the three Swiss companies Tamedia, Roche, and Novartis with the «KPMG’s Swiss M&A Award.».
The three companies have seized the opportunity and strengthened their market position with strategic acquisitions in a difficult economic environment, writes KPMG in a press release. Tamedia received the prize for the most impressive transaction in 2009: the step-by-step merger with Edipresse was unprecedented for the Swiss press landscape.
