Michel Grunder takes over sole CEO role at Team Farner - Pablo Koerfer retires
After nearly three years as co-CEO of Team Farner, Pablo Koerfer has decided to step back from day-to-day operations and explore new career opportunities. Michel Grunder will take over as sole CEO, leading the agency in close collaboration with the management team.
Pablo Koerfer is leaving the day-to-day business of Team Farner after a successful time as Co-CEO. "We have achieved a lot: we are the most creative, most digital and most complete agency in Switzerland," explains Pablo Koerfer. His decision to change direction marks an important step in his professional career. Koerfer will remain associated with the agency as a shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Rod. He will also continue to play an active role as a contact person for key clients.
Michel Grunder, previously Co-CEO, will take over the management of Team Farner Switzerland as sole CEO. "I will continue the successful collaboration with our experienced management team and look forward to the future of Team Farner," says Grunder. Roman Geiser, Chairman of Team Farner, welcomes the change in leadership: "Michel is a visionary leader with a big heart for Farner." Koerfer will continue to run the day-to-day business unchanged until his departure to ensure a smooth handover.
