Marc Maurer becomes CEO of Mitt Liv Switzerland
Effective early September 2024, Marc Maurer will become CEO of the Swiss subsidiary of Mitt Liv, a service provider specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Most recently, he served as Diversity Officer at Siemens Switzerland and was the founder and managing director of the agency Xplicit.

The Swedish company Mitt Liv announced its expansion in Europe in March 2024 by founding a subsidiary in Switzerland. Companies such as Adecco, ABB, Hult EF, Julius Baer and SKF are already working with Mitt Liv to make the labor market in Switzerland more inclusive. For Mitt Liv, expanding into Switzerland was the next logical step, as many of its existing customers are based in Central Europe and the need for expertise in the field of DEI is constantly growing.
As CEO, Marc Maurer will manage and further develop Mitt Liv's branch in Switzerland. In addition to professional positions at Siemens Switzerland and his own agency Xplicit, Maurer has also worked as Head of PR and Deputy Head of Communications at UPC.
"My focus will be on developing collaborations and partnerships with national and international companies," says Maurer about his new role. "The DEI potential in Switzerland is enormous, and compared to other European countries, we are still in the early stages here in Switzerland. If companies in Switzerland want to effectively tackle the skills shortage, a more diverse workforce and inclusive structures are crucial to their success. I want to show that DEI can be a key factor in the financial and economic success of a company. Because together with our partners, we can transform the Swiss labor market and make it more diverse."
