The "place to be" in Austria
This May, Vienna’s «4GAMECHANGERS» festival kicks off a new edition—with m&k serving as the official media partner for the first time. But that’s not the only reason you shouldn’t miss this event.
Every year since 2016 (with the exception of interruptions due to the Covid-19 pandemic), Vienna has become the "place to be" for the DACH economy, for people from business, politics and the media in early summer. This is when the "4GAMECHANGERS" festival takes place in the Austrian capital, an event organized by the leading national private broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 and ORF. The organizers are explicitly not only interested in discussing TV or media topics, but also in informing, inspiring and entertaining the visitors with a wide range of offers. m&k is the official media partner of the festival for the first time as part of its market entry in Austria - and provides you with a preview of the highlights.
For pioneers
The first day of the festival - the so-called "4PIONEERS DAY" - is traditionally dedicated to those who are interested in the colorful and agile start-up landscape in the DACH region and beyond. The program addresses founders, entrepreneurs, business angels and investors alike - top-class speakers, well-known CEOs and up-and-coming game changers share their expertise on the big stage and talk about topics such as entrepreneurship, finance, innovation and tech. Meanwhile, "behind the scenes", contacts are made or deepened, synergies are explored and alliances are forged.
For future enthusiasts
On the second day of the festival, the focus is on the future: the "4FUTURE DAY" is all about the most important topics of tomorrow and the "next generation": redesigning education, equal opportunities, the future of the healthcare system and sustainability topics such as climate, jobs, education, health and social issues. This is not only exciting for pupils and students, who are explicitly welcome at the festival, but also for experienced HR managers or leaders who are looking for new talent - or simply want to know what makes "Gen Z" tick.
For global meta-themes
The "grand finale" is always the "4GAMECHANGERS DAY". The focus here is on global meta-topics. The future of Europe and hot topics such as "The Power of Cooperation", equal opportunities, freedom of the press and quality journalism and the divergence of our society will be discussed. Exciting talks on world affairs, human rights, media and culture await the visitors - and usually the C-level density in the audience is particularly high on this day, which in turn opens up interesting networking opportunities. In previous years, "4GAMECHANGERS DAY" has featured appearances by Amal and George Clooney, Ukraine President Zelenskyi made an appeal to a free Europe and former and current political celebrities came together.
The "4GAMECHANGERS" festival 2024 will take place from May 14 to 16, 2024 in the Marx-Halle in Vienna.
