TryNoAgency: AutoScout24 advertises with a mountain farmer

For its current campaign, AutoScout24 is using humor to highlight the platform’s added value and performance. A mountain farmer serves as the main character, showcasing AutoScout24’s comprehensive range of services.

The alpine farmer greets the exhausted hiker from the valley with the words "Ah, a city dweller! He could have saved himself the effort. After all, as a digital marketplace, Autoscout24 also has plenty of advantages to offer on the move. These include the enormous national reach, the huge selection with a simple search when buying a vehicle and the efficient sale of new and used cars. And all this for both private individuals and dealers.

"Our new campaign shows that AutoScout24 offers a platform for everyone and thus clearly sets itself apart from other competitors," explains Manuel Hauslaib, Director Marketing at AutoScout24.

The commercials can now be seen on high-reach TV stations, on Connected TV and on online platforms such as YouTube in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. TryNoAgency is responsible for the idea and production of the commercials. The Berlin agency secured the new client in competition against international rivals.

"Buying a car is a matter of trust. Especially in Switzerland," says Stefan Nagel, Managing Director of TryNoAgency. "That's why we need partners like AutoScout24. With a mountain farmer as the protagonist, we humorously underline the connection with Swiss culture and tradition."
