Sonja Döbeli Stirnemann leaves the Maz
As part of an ongoing strategic review, Sonja Döbeli Stirnemann, deputy director of the Maz, has decided to leave the institute after 20 years and pursue a new career path.
The good positioning of the Maz as a traditional training center for journalism and communication in a demanding environment is "largely" thanks to the previous management duo, consisting of Director Martina Fehr and Vice Director Sonja Döbeli, writes the Maz in a press release on Thursday.
Following a decision by the Board of Trustees to initiate a strategy process, Döbeli Stirnemann has decided to set off for new professional horizons after 20 years on the Maz Executive Board, the statement continues.
