Schroten for Swiss Life: Destination found

A sailor, a zoo director, an inventor: Schroten profiles three individuals for Swiss Life for whom their profession is a calling.

Justine Mettraux is alone. Alone in her mother's soul. For at least 80 days, surrounded by the tides. The sailor from Geneva will take part next year in the Vendée Globe, the toughest regatta in the world, and will have to master extreme situations almost every day. She has not only chosen this lot herself, but fought hard for it. In the interview for the "Life Stories" blog and Swiss Life's social media channels, she tells us what this race means to her. How to deal with one and a half hours of sleep. And what it means to live self-determined. She is one of three portrayed that Schroten produced for Swiss Life together with Mattogrosso Films. Mettraux loves adventure and sailing the high seas. What sounds like pure stress and madness to us is almost everyday life for her. She has found her destiny in this race and in the profession of ocean sailing.

Just like Martin Kyburz, inventor and manufacturer of the electrically powered Postwägeli, who can't help but always be tinkering with new mobility solutions.

Or the young zoo director Severin Dressenwho has now headed Zurich Zoo for three years and is convinced that he has found his life's work there.

In addition to the three portraits and a diversity of content pieces played out across all channels, Schroten also visited Fribourg National Councilor Gerhard Andrey, founder of digital agency Liip. His statements - Liip is organized holocratically, knows flexible part-time models and double child allowances - accompanied the publication of the Swiss Life study on the gender pension gap.
