Valtech: Suzanne Schroder new chief collaboration officer

Valtech announces the appointment of its first Chief Collaboration Officer (CCO), Suzanne Schroder. In this newly created C-level position, Schroder will further develop Valtech’s commitment to being a highly collaborative and team-oriented agency.

Fostering employee engagement, both at the individual and team level, is of great importance in the dynamic business world, both for the organization itself and for its partner companies. To succeed in a challenging marketplace, companies need to target employee engagement and ensure that they interact closely and act as a unit, according to the Valtech release.

The Chief Collaboration Officer (CCO) plays a critical role here by guiding employee engagement. Suzanne, Valtech's first CCO, will play a key role in fostering trust and collaboration both internally and externally. With her extensive experience at Valtech and her successful leadership of international transformation programs, she will further strengthen cross-border collaboration and seamlessly integrate Valtech's strategic approach to collaboration into the company culture. This includes working with Valtech's Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Internal Communications, and Learning and Development teams. Their goal is to create a culture of collaboration where people from different backgrounds can work together on projects.

Suzanne Schroder, CCO at Valtech, emphasizes the importance of this approach in light of the societal changes brought about by the pandemic and the introduction of hybrid forms of work. She wants to ensure that all employees feel a sense of belonging and pride in being part of a team. Olivier Padiou, CEO of Valtech, highlights that Valtech already has a culture of trusting collaboration, which will be further strengthened by the creation of the CCO role. Suzanne will carry these values forward and drive collaboration between global employees and customers to advance the company and the industry.
